目的分析广西乙类大型医用设备配置与利用情况,为编制广西乙类大型医用设备配置规划提供依据;方法采用问卷普查和现场调查法,用Epi Data 3.0录入数据,并用SPSS 17.0对广西乙类大型医用设备的总体情况、分布情况、工作量情况、利用情况进行统计分析;结果广西拥有乙类大型医用设备584台,其中CT 331台,MRI 93台,DSA78台,LA 57台,SPECT 25台;60.12%的CT集中于二级医院,分别有76.34%、93.59%、84.21%、100.00%的MRI、DSA、LA、SPECT集中于三级医院;三级医院CT的年平均工作量分别是二级医院、一级医院的1.44、3.96倍,二级医院CT的年平均工作量是一级医院的2.76倍;2013年、2014年、2015年分别有60.70%、56.92%、58.62%的CT利用过度,分别有3.89%、5.00%、3.76%的CT利用不足;结论截至2015年,广西乙类大型医用设备种类齐全,增幅合理,但管理松懈;2013-2015年,广西乙类大型医用设备利用不足与利用过度并存。
Objective To analyze the configuration and utilization of large Class B medical equipment in Guangxi and provide a basis for the preparation of large Class B medical equipment in Guangxi.
