我们与上海第十七制药厂、华东医院、余姚地段医院等单位协作,使用半合成椰油酯栓剂基质试制氮哮素栓剂。此栓剂经浙江、江苏、上海等地20几个医疗单位用于治疗支气管哮喘和喘息性支气管炎共524例,平均临控显效率为62%,有效率为90.8%。本品起效时间快,一般为10～30分钟,维持时间也较长,一般为8～24小时。栓剂的制备处方:氨哮素300mg,尼泊金甲酯水溶液(0.1%)42ml,半合成椰油酯793g。以上为500粒量,60μg/粒,每粒量1.67g。制法:基质在水浴上熔融,倾入研钵中约200g。另将氨哮素溶于尼泊金甲酯的水溶液中,加热至40～50℃,逐渐加入研钵中研匀,再逐渐加基质研匀,浇
