目的 :探讨癌基因MDM2 在食管鳞癌中的表达和意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学链菌素亲生物素蛋白过氧化物酶连接法 (SP法 )检测MDM2 在食管鳞癌中的表达 ,将检测结果与临床资料进行统计学分析。结果 :MDM2 蛋白阳性率为 41 4% ,与食管鳞癌细胞学分级呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与食管鳞癌TNM分期呈负相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :MDM2 蛋白表达可作为食管鳞癌细胞学分级和TNM分期的参考指标之一 ,可能和预后有关。 Objective: To investigate the expression of oncogene MDM2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its significance. Methods: The expression of MDM2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical streptavidin biotin peroxidase (SP method), and the results of the detection and clinical data were statistically analyzed. Results: The positive rate of MDM2 protein was 41.4%, which was negatively correlated with the grade of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05) and negatively correlated with the TNM stage of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of MDM2 protein may serve as a reference index for the classification of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and TNM staging, which may be related to the prognosis.
