现代企业管理技术的目的是通过现代管理模式与计算机管理信息系统支持企业合理、系统地管理经营与生产活动 ,最大限度地发挥现有设备、资源、人员、技术的作用 ,以使企业经济效益最大化。诸如计算机集成制造系统 (Computer Integrated Manufacturing System)、制造资源系统 (Manufacturing Resource Planning)和企业资源计划 (Enterprise Resource Planning)等先进的管理系统现正在被众多的企业所使用 ,以帮助提高企业的整体效益和迅速适应不断变化的市场的能力。文章对企业实施 CIMS/ ERP过程中的诸多事宜进行了论述 ,并对 ERP的发展趋势作出预测
