患者,女,28岁,妊娠8个月.因周身出现鲜红色斑丘疹6天,右上腹不适,巩膜黄染1天就诊入院.查体:神志清晰,表情淡漠,颜面、躯干、四肢大小不等斑丘疹,巩膜皮肤明显黄染,右上腹压痛,肝脾肋下未触及,肝区叩击痛,无移动性浊音.肝功:HBsAg:1:32(+)、SGPT:0.48UKat/S;血清总胆红索:158.0umol/L;血浆白蛋白/球蛋白为28/30;B超:肝脏缩小:上下径、厚度均在腋前线上约5Cm,
