食品中黄曲霉毒素 B_1的测定,一般是用已烷脱脂提取的。但由于已烷货源缺乏,不易购买。为了适应食品卫生检验工作需要,我们根据石油醚能提取脂肪而黄曲霉毒素 B_1被分离的原理,分别选用低沸点(30°~60℃)和高沸点(60°~90℃)石油醚代替已烷脱脂测定花生,油类食品中的黄曲霉毒素 B_1。用量与已烷相等,其结果是:高沸点石油醚在甲醇水溶液中成混合体,不能分层;而低沸点石油醚在同样条件下与甲醇水溶液分层
The determination of aflatoxin B_1 in foods is generally performed with hexane degreasing. However, due to the lack of supply of hexane, it is not easy to purchase. In order to meet the needs of food hygiene inspection work, we used the principle that petroleum ether can extract fat and aflatoxin B_1 was separated.
