重庆金科廊桥水乡是金科集团10多年重庆开发历史上规模最大的项目,在世界不动产联盟大会上摘取了“国际标准示范楼盘”大奖。项目位于沙坪坝区虎溪河畔,缙云脚下,近璧山隧道,临近西永微电园,扼守交通要道,轻轨主要站点近在咫尺,处于公交枢纽位置。其所处的西部新城区域为政府重点打造区域之一,将成为除主城五大商圈之外的第六大商圈,它也即将成为继主城区和两江新区之后的重庆第三极。
Chongqing Golden Corridor Bridge Water Township is the largest branch of Jinke Group in the history of Chongqing’s development for over 10 years. It won the award of “International Standard Demonstration Properties” at the World Real Estate Alliance Conference. The project is located in the Shaxiu Huxi River, at the foot of Jinyun, near Bishan Tunnel, near the West Wing Micro Park, guarding the traffic arteries, light rail major sites in close proximity, in the bus hub. Its western metropolitan area is one of the key areas built by the government and will become the sixth largest shopping district outside the main city’s five major shopping districts. It will soon become the third most populous city in Chongqing following the main urban area and the Liangjiang New Area.
