目的通过氧气湿化瓶贮存时间的研究,明确贮存有效期。方法将480个氧气湿化瓶煮沸消毒,分别贮存于5个临床科室,保存时间30 d,于14、21和30 d进行细菌学检测。结果湿化瓶贮存14、21和30 d细菌检测结果≤20 cfu/件,未检出致病菌,合格率100%。结论氧气湿化瓶消毒后用保鲜袋密闭包装,每袋5个,贮存时间30 d。
Objective Oxygen humidification bottle storage time, a clear shelf life. Methods 480 oxygen humidification bottles were boiled and disinfected, and were respectively stored in five clinical departments and stored for 30 days. Bacteriological tests were carried out on 14, 21 and 30 days. Results The bacterial test results of wet bottle stored for 14, 21 and 30 days were ≤20 cfu / pieces, no pathogen was detected and the pass rate was 100%. Conclusions Oxygen humidification bottles were packaged in fresh-keeping bags after sterilization, with 5 bags per bag and storage time of 30 d.
