根据杭嘉湖平原水网发达的特点,采用按用水比例分配增供水量的方法,将“引江济太”工程的增供水量分为农业用水、工业用水、第三产业用水和居民生活用水四个部分。并根据嘉兴市的水资源现状和水资源利用能力确定“引江济太”工程的调水利用率。然后采用分摊系数法,按照水在创造增加值中的贡献比例来计算“引江济太”工程对嘉兴市各行业的供水效益,从而得出“引江济太”工程给嘉兴市带来的经济效益。
According to the developed characteristics of Hangzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou plain water network, the method of distributing and supplying water according to the proportion of water is used to divide up the supply of water into the “water diversion project” into agricultural water, industrial water, tertiary industry water and domestic water section.
