目的:观察防感浓缩液治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染缓解期的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的患儿随机分为治疗组(40例)与对照组(40例),分别给予防感浓缩液和玉屏风口服液治疗,观察临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后免疫球蛋白、血红蛋白、微量元素的检测指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为77.5%,治疗组明显优于对照组。治疗组与对照组治疗后发病情况均明显改善;在饮食和对微量元素铁、锌、钙以及IgA、IgG改善方面治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:防感浓缩液可提高反复呼吸道感染患儿的免疫功能,减少呼吸道感染的次数。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of anti-sense concentrate on remission of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children. Methods: The children who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The patients were treated with anti-sense concentration solution and Yupingfeng oral liquid respectively. The clinical curative effect was observed. Protein, hemoglobin, trace elements detection indicators. Results: The total effective rate was 97.5% in the treatment group and 77.5% in the control group, which was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group. The treatment group and control group were significantly improved after the onset of treatment; in the diet and the improvement of trace elements iron, zinc, calcium and IgA, IgG treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: Anti-sense concentrate can improve the immune function of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and reduce the number of respiratory infections.
