本文报导了采用声发射技术进行压力容器在线监测和安全评定的方法,给出了高压乙烯球罐、120m~3液氨和氩气球罐等典型案例的检测方案和检测数据。检验结果表明,水压试验和在线监测交替进行是声发射检测较合理的搭配;声发射在线监测,既不影响生产,又可保证容器的安全使用和延长容器开罐检验周期,可为用户带来较高的经济社会效益。
This paper reports on the method of on-line monitoring and safety assessment of pressure vessel using acoustic emission technology. The detection scheme and test data of typical cases such as high pressure vinyl tank, 120m ~ 3 liquid ammonia tank and argon balloon tank are given. The test results show that the hydrostatic test and the on-line monitoring are alternantly conducted with acoustic emission detection. The on-line monitoring of acoustic emission does not affect the production, but also ensures the safe use of the container and prolongs the inspection period of the container opening test, To higher economic and social benefits.
