一、前言可见光和红外波段的探测器,与其它电子器件一样,正在稳步地发展。在可见光波段,硅CCD探测器对以往的摄象管来说,是一个变革,在红外波段也一样,各发达国家正在积极发展二维红外列阵探测器的研究,研制二维红外列阵探测器的目的,除了使传统的线列多元探测器小型化之外,还要去掉扫描镜,使探测装置小型化,进而通过探测器的控制效果提高装置性能。与如此先进的半导体红外探测器一样,在热探测器方面,热释电摄象管、热释电探测器列阵等也已经进入实用阶段,而且它们的应用范围也在进一步扩大。
