目的采用HPLC法测定硬脂酸红霉素颗粒中红霉素A的含量。方法采用资生堂C18MG色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(60∶40),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长215 nm。结果 0.039~1.94 mg.mL-1红霉素A与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.7%(n=9)。结论所用方法灵敏、准确、简便。
Objective To determine the content of erythromycin A in erythromycin stearate granules by HPLC. Methods A Shiseido C18MG column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-phosphate buffer (60:40) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 with a detection wavelength of 215 nm. Results The linear relationship between erythromycin A and peak area was good (r = 0.9998) and the average recovery was 100.7% (n = 9) between 0.039-1.94 mg.mL-1. Conclusion The method used is sensitive, accurate and easy.
