目的识别某液相吸附分离法生产间二甲苯(m-xylene,MX)拟建设项目职业病危害因素,并进行分析评价,以确定防治重点和防治措施。方法依据《建设项目职业病危害预评价技术导则》,采用类比法、职业健康检查等方法对间二甲苯拟建设项目进行评价。结果该间二甲苯拟建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、职业卫生管理、卫生辅助设置等符合《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》等法律法规规定;该间二甲苯建设项目在生产过程中可能会产生C8芳烃、二甲苯、甲苯、苯、甲烷、乙烷、乙苯、一氧化碳、二氧化碳等、噪声、高温等职业病危害因素,其中二甲苯、甲苯浓度符合卫生标准,300 m3/h循环水泵岗位、空压制氮站岗位生产性噪声强度分别为87.2、90.3 dB(A),不符合卫生标准。结论该间二甲苯建设项目的职业病危害控制措施可行、有效,但部分场所噪声作业危害较大,仍需采取有效的防护措施。
Objective To identify the occupational hazards of the m-xylene (MX) project to be produced by a liquid-phase adsorption separation method and to conduct analysis and evaluation to determine the key prevention and control measures. Methods Based on the Technical Guidelines for Pre-evaluation of Occupational Hazards in Construction Projects, the method of analogy and occupational health examination were used to evaluate the proposed m-xylene project. Results The site and overall layout of the m-xylene proposed construction project, the layout of production equipment, occupational disease protection facilities, personal protective equipment, occupational health management and health aids were in compliance with the laws and regulations such as the Occupational Disease Prevention Law of the People’s Republic of China ; The xylene project may cause occupational hazards such as C8 aromatics, xylene, toluene, benzene, methane, ethane, ethylbenzene, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, noise and high temperature in the production process, Concentration in line with health standards, 300 m3 / h circulating pump stations, air compressor nitrogen station production noise intensity were 87.2,90.3 dB (A), does not meet health standards. Conclusion It is feasible and effective to control occupational hazards of this xylene project. However, the noise operation in some places is more harmful and effective protective measures still need to be taken.
