面对日益增长的能源需求,如果沿袭老路子,通过增加煤炭产量保证能源供给,将受到资源、环境和运输等多方面的制约,难以为继。因此,优化能源结构,在进一步实施节能优先战略的基础上,实行能源多元化、清洁化发展,大力改善和调整能源结构,变得刻不容缓。本刊在北京市能源年度公报发布之际,从优化能源结构角度对北京市用能情况进行深入剖析,希望对读者有所启发。
In the face of increasing energy demand, if we follow the same path, ensuring energy supply through increasing coal production will be constrained by various aspects such as resources, environment and transportation, which will be unsustainable. Therefore, it is imperative to optimize the energy structure and implement further the energy-saving priority strategy by implementing energy diversification and clean development and vigorously improving and adjusting the energy structure. This publication in Beijing Energy Bulletin on the occasion of the release, from the perspective of optimizing the energy structure of Beijing’s energy use situation in-depth analysis, I hope readers have some inspiration.
