我国的“礼”是一种唯“德”至上的文化,中国人以寻求安身立命之所为终极的生存目标,因而有着强烈的道德担当感。无论是道德当中约己的内求还是在他律当中建立起来的社会构制,都体现了“礼”文化立己立人的诉求。而今的社会法治体制不断完善,必然也会成为人们内在的一种信仰与准则。一个准则的形成必离不开它内在的道德基础,无疑礼在道德上的诉求充当了法治的道德支撑。
The “gift” of our country is a kind of “supreme” culture. The Chinese people have the ultimate sense of moral responsibility to seek the ultimate goal of survival. Both the internal demands of morals and the social structures established in other laws reflect the desire of “rites” to establish oneself. Nowadays, the constant improvement of the social rule of law system will inevitably become a kind of inner faith. The formation of a guideline must be inseparable from its inherent moral foundation, and of course, Li’s moral appeal serves as the moral support of the rule of law.
