2014年5月9日,中国石油川庆钻探工程公司钻采工艺技术研究院(以下简称钻采院)新研发的一批页岩气油基钻井液产品,运抵威远H3-1页岩气井,等待接受现场检验。这种产品在页岩气钻井过程中可起到保护储层、保持井壁稳定,以及解决水平井钻井防卡等井下复杂问题的作用。若产品现场试验成功,将有望降低页岩气开发的综合成本,提高页岩气井的开发效益。面对四川长宁—威远地区31个平台、134口页岩气水平井的战略部署,自主研发适合非常规油气勘探开发的优质钻井液迫在 On May 9, 2014, a batch of new shale gas oil-based drilling fluid products newly developed by the Drilling Technology Research Institute of China Petroleum Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Drilling & Production Technology Institute) arrived in Weiyuan H3-1 Shale Gas wells, waiting to accept on-site inspection. This kind of product can play a role in reservoir protection, stability of the wellbore wall, and in solving downhole complicated problems such as anti-well drilling in horizontal wells during shale gas drilling.
