郭店簡、上博簡等戰國竹簡的新發現,使學者耳目一新。將新發現的戰國簡與相應的傳世文獻對讀,更是收獲不小,筆者曾將上博簡《民之父母》與《禮記·孔子閒居》對讀,糾正了後者的一些錯誤,並對一些語句有了新的理解,~([1])覺得是一件很有意義的事。後來又有學者提出,新出古文字材料不一定優於傳世文獻,當是各有所長,這當然也是有些道理的,我們當然不能說新出古文字材料百分之百正確,關鍵是要經過仔細的研究,擇善而從。不過,筆者經過實際的對比分析,覺得還是未經後人整理改
