在全国卫生工作会议精神鼓舞下,继“两江”医改顺利实施之后,国务院又将在全国57个大中城市继续扩大试点。职工医疗保障制度改革的实行了对于大多数医院,尤其是对于我们职工医院来说,必将会受到较大冲击,使病人来源减少,业务收入上升困难。而各项费用支出却逐年增加,医院的生存与发展将面临着前所未有的严峻形势。那么,如何走出困境,把握机遇,迎接挑战,是摆在每一个医院管理者面前的新课题。为此,笔者认为:唯有深化改革,切实加强内涵建设,才是当前医院应该采取的正确对策。
Inspired by the spirit of the National Health Work Conference, following the smooth implementation of the “two rivers” medical reform, the State Council will continue to expand pilot projects in 57 large and medium-sized cities across the country. The implementation of the reform of the medical security system for employees will be a major challenge for most hospitals, especially for our staff hospitals, which will result in a reduction in the number of patients and an increase in business income. However, various expenses and expenditures have increased year by year. The survival and development of the hospital will face an unprecedented grim situation. Then, how to get out of the predicament, seize the opportunity, and meet the challenge is a new topic placed before every hospital administrator. To this end, the author believes that only the deepening of reforms and the strengthening of connotation building are the correct countermeasures that the current hospital should take.
