将虚拟拆装和场景仿真资源通过网络共享,为煤矿机械装备企业,特别是中小企业提供资源共享和技术支持,这是建立基于Web的煤矿采掘运提装备虚拟拆装与仿真系统的重要驱动。笔者详细论述了系统的体系结构、功能结构和系统的关键技术,并以UG、3Dmax、OSG(Open Scene Graph)建立虚拟现实资源库,以Dreamweaver CS5、ASP和VBScript建立基本网络站点,以Active X控件在网页中实现显示虚拟现实资源、以ADO技术、SQL Server 2008为基础建立后台数据库。以平台中的基于Web的采煤机虚拟拆装模块和综掘工作面场景仿真模块为例进行分析,实现为远程虚拟拆装与场景演示服务,为煤矿装备制造企业准确快速了解产品结构和实际运行状况,开发新品,提高研发效率,提供了全新平台和技术支持。
The virtual disassembly and scene simulation resources are shared through the network, which provides resource sharing and technical support for coal mining machinery equipment enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. This is an important driving force for establishing a virtual disassembly and simulation system for coal mining equipment based on Web. The author discusses in detail the system architecture, functional structure and key technologies of the system. The virtual reality repository is built with UG, 3Dmax and OSG (Open Scene Graph), and the basic web site is built with Dreamweaver CS5, ASP and VBScript. Active X Control in the web page display virtual reality resources to ADO technology, SQL Server 2008 based on the establishment of the background database. Taking the Web-based shearer virtual disassembly and assembly module and the fully mechanized mining face scene simulation module in the platform as an example for analysis, it realizes remote virtual disassembly and scene demonstration services, and accurately and quickly understand the product structure and actuality for coal mine equipment manufacturing enterprises Operating conditions, the development of new products, improve research and development efficiency, providing a new platform and technical support.
