本文是作者继“评释 ISO2953—1975国际标准”后对该标准的第二篇评论性文章。文中指出,ISO/DIS 2953—1981新文本中新提出的“每平面最小可达剩余不平衡量”的新概念和新的不平衡量计算公式在概念上是混乱和自我矛盾的,因而也是不妥的和不可取的。文章结合“评国际标准 ISO2953的两次修订”一文中所反映出来的某些值得商榷的观点进行了综合的分析论证和评述。作为试重的基本计算单位,本文建议用“校验转子每平面最大允许剩余不平衡量”去取代新文本中的“每平面最小可达剩余不平衡量”,用“U_(mar)=M×e_(mar)/2”的公式去取代新文本中实质上为“U_(mar)=M/2×U_(spec)”的计算公式。
This article is the author’s second commentary on this standard after “Criticizing ISO2953-1975 International Standards”. It is pointed out in the new version of ISO / DIS 2953-1981 that the new concept of the “new minimum imbalance per plane” proposed in the new text of ISO / DIS 2953-1981 and the new formula for calculating the unbalance are conceptually confusing and self-contradictory And not desirable. The article has carried on the comprehensive analysis of argumentation and comment on some debatable points reflected in the article “Two Amendments to the International Standard ISO2953”. As a basic unit of test weight, this paper proposes to replace “the minimum remaining imbalance per plane” in the new text by “verifying the maximum allowable residual unbalance per plane of the rotor” and “U_ (mar) = M × e_ (mar) / 2 ”in place of the formula in the new text that is essentially“ U_ (mar) = M / 2 × U spec. ”
