研究了Si-Ba-RE-Ca-Mg复合精炼剂对1Cr18Ni19Ti不锈钢力学性能及耐腐蚀性能的作用,用优选法确定了精炼剂的最佳成分,分析了精炼剂各组元对非金属夹杂物的数量、大小、分布及形态的影响。发现Ba对提高耐腐蚀性最有效,RE次之;Mg对稳定不锈钢性能有特殊作用;Ca略微提高耐腐蚀性和延伸率。
The effect of Si-Ba-RE-Ca-Mg composite refining agent on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 1Cr18Ni19Ti stainless steel was studied. The optimal composition of the refining agent was determined by optimization method. The effects of various components of refining agent on the non-metallic inclusions Number, size, distribution and shape of the impact. It is found that Ba is the most effective for improving corrosion resistance, followed by RE; Mg has a special effect on the stability of stainless steels; and Ca slightly improves the corrosion resistance and elongation.
