[目的]观察中西医结合对幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡的疗效评价及其复发的相关因素。[方法]将165例幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠球部溃疡患者随机分为两组,对照组84例采用常规药物治疗。观察组81例在对照组治疗基础上加用六君汤加味治疗。[结果]观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠球部溃疡有较好的疗效。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Integrative Chinese and Western medicine on Helicobacter pylori-positive duodenal ulcer and related factors of recurrence. [Method] 165 patients with Helicobacter pylori-positive duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 84 patients treated with conventional drugs. 81 cases in the observation group were treated with Liujun Decoction on the basis of the control group. [Results] The observation group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Integrative treatment of Helicobacter pylori-positive duodenal ulcer has a good effect.
