编辑同志:翻开《中兽医学杂志》1985年第2期,看到郑瑞武同志的“中药治疗马骡慢性肺气肿”一文,似曾面熟,经查阅,原来在《中兽医医药杂志》1985年第一期上发表了,这到底是作者一稿两投?还是编辑同志的责任事故?我认为这样做很不好,既浪费了人力、物力、财力,又给读者带来损失,花了钱买同样的文章。这两本杂志,同为全国公开发行刊物,如属作者有意一稿两投,想多捞稿酬。涉及到个人的品德问题,若属于编辑同志的疏忽大意,今后应该提高警觉,防止类似情况发生。
