改良高产粳稻武运粳7号的条纹叶枯病抗性对延长品种使用年限、培育抗性水稻新种质具有重要意义。本研究在前期分子标记辅助选择定向改良武运粳7号条纹叶枯病抗性的基础上,采用品系比较试验的方法,对14个改良系的重要农艺性状和产量进行考察分析。结果表明,多数株系的农艺性状与武运粳7号十分相近,个别株系甚至优于武运粳7号。根据农艺性状和产量的综合表现,最终从改良系中选出了1个最优的品系C14。
The improvement of resistance to stripe leaf blight of high-yielding japonica rice Wuyunjing 7 was of great significance for extending the useful life of cultivars and breeding new resistant germplasms of rice. In this study, based on the previous molecular marker-assisted selection, we improved the resistance of stripe blight of Wuyunjing 7 to study the important agronomic traits and yield of 14 improved lines. The results showed that the agronomic traits of most lines were very similar to that of Wuyunjing 7, and some lines even superior to Wuyunjing 7. According to the comprehensive performance of agronomic traits and yield, one of the best lines C14 was finally selected from the improved lines.
