1.序言利用拉拔加工钢丝,很早以前就为人们所知。将轧辊压延的线材,进行拉拔加工,这种方法从十八世纪初就已开始。之后,人们又想方设法加以改善,为拉拔加工的高效率化进行着不懈地努力。由于拉拔只是通过拉模孔来减小截面积,因此,看上去似乎很简单。但要想高速拉拔,加工出质量优良的线材和管材,最重要的是改进拉拔机械和模具,改良润滑剂和润滑方法。因为减少拉拔时由于摩擦所产生的热,减少拉拔材和拉模的温升,就能够增加模具的寿命,提高拉拔的速度,提高拉拔材表面质量和机械性能。
1. Preface The use of drawing wire, as long ago known. Rolled wire rolling, drawing process, this method has been from the beginning of the eighteenth century. Because of reducing the heat generated by friction due to drawing, reducing the temperature rise of the drawing material and the drawing die, the life of the forming tool can be increased, the drawing speed can be increased, and the surface quality and the mechanical property of the drawing material can be improved.
