国家发展和改革委员会在《2007年10月份主要工业行业运行情况》中称:当月全国十种有色金属产量同比增长29.8%,增速比上月加快6.3个百分点。其中,铜、锌产量分别增长42.5%和23.5%,加快18.5和9.6个百分点;铝产量增长36.8%,减缓0.3个百分点;铅产量与去年同期持平。主要有色金属价格保持高位。当月国内市场铜、电解铝、锌现货平均价分别为每吨6.57万元、1.84万元和2.64万元,环比下降0.9%、4.9%和4.8%,同比下降7.9%、16.4%和16.6%;铅价格为每吨2.54万元,环比上涨9.9%,同比上涨79.4%。在关于我国今年经济形势分析中称:1～10月,受市场需求拉动,有色金属产品持续增长,价格继续高位振荡;进出口贸易总额大幅度增长。其中,电解铝、氧化铝等品种生产增幅过快,铅锌冶炼投资增幅过大的现象值得关注。 The National Development and Reform Commission said in “Operation of Major Industrial Sectors in October 2007” that the output of the ten non-ferrous metals in the whole country rose 29.8% over the same period of last year, an acceleration of 6.3 percentage points from the previous month.
