作者对20例血小板输注依赖性血小板减少症患者用小剂量粒-单集落刺激因子(LD-GM-CSF)作了治疗观察。患者中16例是治疗相关的血细胞减少症(自体移植支持大剂量化疗的骨髓瘤14例,肺癌和乳腺癌各1例),4例是疾病相关的血小板减少症[2例非霍奇金淋巴瘤和2例骨髓异常增生综合征(MDS)]。
The authors of 20 patients with platelet transfusion-dependent thrombocytopenia with low-dose granulocyte-single-colony stimulating factor (LD-GM-CSF) was treated. Sixteen of the patients were treatment-related cytopenias (14 with myeloma autograft to support high-dose chemotherapy and 1 with lung and breast cancer) and 4 with disease-related thrombocytopenia [2 with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma Tumor and two cases of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)].
