用离体兔正常心脏模型观察多培沙明(DPX)对冠脉流量和左心室功能的影响,并与非诺多泮(FODA)和丙卡特罗(PCT)的效应做对比。结果表明,DPX使正常心脏冠脉流量(CF),左室肌收缩功能(+dp/dtmax等)和心率(HR)均呈剂量依赖性增加,FODA增加CF程度小于DPX。PCT对各指标作用最小,提示DPX根据其增加CF和轻度正性肌力作用特性,对治疗缺血性左心功能不全有较好的前景。
The effect of DPX on coronary flow and left ventricular function was observed with an isolated rabbit heart model and compared with the effect of fenofibrate (FODA) and procaterol (PCT). The results showed that DPX increased coronary flow (CF), left ventricular systolic function (+ dp / dtmax, etc.) and heart rate (HR) in a dose-dependent manner, while FODA increased CF less than DPX. PCT minimal effect on each indicator, suggesting that DPX according to its increased CF and mild inotropic characteristics of the treatment of ischemic left heart failure have a better prospect.
