当前,这种“主张是以提高学生成绩为主”管理方式仍是处于低级管理,也是不符合国家教育制度改革要求的。基于素质教育理念下,本文主要从小学班主任的班级管理工作的困境出发,从三个不同的方面分别讨论了如何优化小学班主任班级管理工作的具体措施。
At present, this kind of “proposition is mainly based on improving students’ performance.” The management mode is still at a low level and is not in conformity with the requirements of the reform of the state education system. Based on the conception of quality education, this paper mainly discusses the concrete measures of how to optimize the classroom management of primary school teachers in three different aspects from the predicament of class management of primary school teachers.
