在当前我国经济快速发展的新形势下,国有企业作业国民经济的支柱产业,国有企业要想在当前市场经济环境下占据优势,则需要重视人力资源管理,特别是青年干部的选拔和培养,以此来提升企业的核心竞争力,为企业发展增强后劲。文中分析了国有企业加强青年干部选拔培养工作的重要性,并进一步对国有企业青年干部选拔培养的工作重点进行了具体阐述。
Under the current rapid economic development in our country, the pillar industries for state-owned enterprises operating the national economy and state-owned enterprises occupying an advantage in the current market economy environment require the emphasis on human resources management, especially the selection and training of young cadres.
