目前,高精度齿轮的精加工,一般均采用剃削或磨削方式,既耗时又增加了制作成本。为了改变这种状况,阿兹密公司最近开发出一种金属陶瓷滚刀(金属陶瓷牌号为AS250),使用效果十分理想。这种滚刀的特点:①所用金属陶瓷与车刀、铣刀用的金属陶瓷不同,车铣刀具用的金属陶瓷质地较脆,适用于轻切削和一般切削;而滚刀所用金属陶瓷晶粒细小,结合强度高,具有优异的耐热性能。②用于滚切方式的断续切削时,使用寿命也很长。③不存在粘附或啃削现象,其加工表面粗糙度与磨削加工近似(Ra约为1.6～3μm)。④目前该公司已生产出模数为1～10(mm)的滚刀投放市
