The Ministry of Agriculture released the Notice on Carrying out the Accreditation of the First Batch of Agricultural Genetically Modified Organisms (NOTIFICATION) on November 4, the Circular states that the scope of the first batch of agricultural genetically modified organisms test bases is defined as Hainan Province Existing Soybean Production Base for Agricultural Genetically Modified Crops Experiment in Sanya, Lingshui and Ledong Counties in the Southern Province. On the basis of the application conditions of transgenic experimental bases, the Ministry of Agriculture made clear provisions on three aspects of facility conditions, organization and management and system construction, and the rules were stricter. Specifically, the Ministry of Agriculture requires that facilities conditions be met in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities such as the isolation distance and other requirements. In terms of organization and management, the support unit for the test base is a legal entity within the territory of China,
