如何更好地提高船舶自动化设备的可靠性和可维性是目前推广应用船舶自动化系统的关键问题。本文以 CX—100电子数字系统为例,提出了一种基于微处理机的新设计方法。应用这种方法,系统的可靠性对于电子元件可靠性的依赖较少,比一般的电子设备更容易维修。在船舶的恶劣环境下系统的可靠性和可维性将进一步提高。同时,为推广和应用船舶自动化系统扫除了障碍。本文用马尔科夫理论来分析和论证新的设计方法,表明该设计方法对于提高系统可靠性和可维性是有效的,文中介绍了这种设计方法的有关软件和硬件。此外,本文还简明地介绍了由 CX—100电子数字系统组成的 CJB—2型船舶机舱监测报警控制装置(由交通部上海船舶运输科学研究所设计制造)的实际应用效果和经济效益。
How to improve the reliability and maintainability of ship automation equipment is the key issue to promote the application of ship automation system. In this paper, CX-100 electronic digital system, for example, proposed a new microprocessor-based design method. With this approach, the reliability of the system is less dependent on the reliability of the electronic components and is easier to service than typical electronic equipment. In the harsh environment of the ship, the reliability and maintainability of the system will be further enhanced. At the same time, obstacles have been removed for the promotion and application of ship’s automation systems. In this paper, Markov theory is used to analyze and demonstrate the new design method, which shows that the design method is effective to improve system reliability and maintainability. The software and hardware of this design method are introduced in this paper. In addition, this paper also briefly introduces the practical application and economic benefits of the CJB-2 marine cabin monitoring and alarm control device (designed and manufactured by the Shanghai Shipping Institute of Transportation and Transportation) consisting of the CX-100 electronic digital system.
