本研究用化学分析、光学显微镜以及扫描电镜等方法观测了真空自耗电弧炉熔铸的Nb—43Wt.%Ta—25wt.%Ta三元超导合金锭及其加工棒的化学组份和结构均匀性。测定的结果表明:合金锭的组成份波动小(<4%);加工棒中没有片条状的结构不均匀性。
In this study, the chemical composition and structure of the Nb-43Wt.% Ta-25wt.% Ta ternary superconducting alloy ingot cast by vacuum consumable arc furnace and its processing rod were observed by chemical analysis, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope Uniformity. The results of the measurement showed that the compositions of the alloy ingots fluctuated little (<4%); there was no lamellar structural inhomogeneity in the processing bar.
