目的:分析临床路径在该院逐步推广使用现状。方法:通过对东阳市人民医院HIS(Hospital Information System)系统提取2010-2015年所有临床路径的入径人数、完成人数、进入率、退出率等数据进行统计分析。结果:5年来,临床路径的进入率不断提高,退出率不断降低,临床路径得到有效推进。结论:采取多种方式推进临床路径,能降低平均住院日,提高医疗效率。
Objective: To analyze the clinical pathway in the hospital gradually promote the use of the status quo. Methods: The data of all the clinical trails of 2010-2015, such as the number of hospital admission, the completion rate, the withdrawal rate and so on, were statistically analyzed by Hospital Information System (HIS) system of Dongyang People’s Hospital. Results: In the past five years, the entry rate of clinical pathway has been continuously improved, the withdrawal rate has been continuously reduced, and the clinical pathway has been effectively promoted. Conclusion: Taking a variety of ways to promote clinical pathways can reduce the average length of stay and improve medical efficiency.
