选择了目前我国抽油杆生产厂在热处理及冷加工方面比较重要的三种工艺,对生产厂采用不同制造工艺的试件,进行了疲劳寿命试验。文中具体介绍了三种工艺的试件的型式、尺寸以及疲劳寿命试验过程;给出了试验数据处理方法及试验结果的分析对比。根据疲劳寿命的对比,给出了最优的制造工艺的建议,用以指导生产厂进行技术改造、提高产品质量、提高经济效益;用以指导油田合理选择使用抽油杆,提高经济效益及社会效益。通过对以两种热处理加工工艺为例的效益分析,采用中频感应加热热处理工艺不仅可保证疲劳强度,而且可节约一次性投资和电耗,其经济效益显著。
At present, the three kinds of processes which are more important in the heat treatment and cold processing of the sucker rod production plant in our country are selected, and the fatigue life test is carried out on the specimens with different manufacturing processes in the production plant. In this paper, the type, size and fatigue life test of the three kinds of process are introduced in detail. The analysis and comparison of the test data processing methods and the test results are given. According to the comparison of fatigue life, this paper gives the suggestion of the best manufacturing process to instruct the production plant to carry on the technological transformation, improve the product quality and enhance the economic benefit; to guide the oil field to choose the sucker rod reasonably, to improve the economic benefit and society benefit. Through the analysis of the benefits of two heat treatment processes, the use of IF induction heat treatment can not only ensure the fatigue strength, but also save one-time investment and power consumption, with significant economic benefits.
