用共沉淀法和溶液原位聚合法分别制备了锌镍铜铁氧体粉末(ZNCF)及其聚邻甲氧基苯胺(POMA)复合物.用粉末X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等分别表征了产物的结构、形貌、电磁性能.结果表明,ZNCF/POMA复合物的组分之间存在一定的相互作用;POMA对ZNCF粒子的包覆能起到调控样品电磁性能的作用,复合物的磁性能随POMA含量的增加而减小,而电导率则相反;与单一组分相比,POMA/ZNCF复合物表现出更优良的电磁波吸收性能,ωZNCF为20%的复合物的反射损耗峰值和有效带宽分别为-27.32 dB和8.81 GHz,峰值对应的共振频率为11.61 GHz,是颇具应用前景的电磁波吸收材料.
Zinc-nickel-copper ferrite powders (ZNCF) and poly-o-methoxyaniline (POMA) complexes were prepared by coprecipitation and in-situ polymerization, respectively. The powder X-ray diffraction The structure, morphology and electromagnetic properties of the products were characterized by SEM, TEM and VSM, respectively.The results showed that there was a certain degree of difference between the components of ZNCF / POMA complex POMA could improve the electromagnetic properties of the samples. The magnetic properties of the composites decreased with the increase of POMA content, but the conductivity was opposite. Compared with the single component, the POMA / ZNCF The composite shows better electromagnetic wave absorption performance. The peak and effective bandwidth of the composite with ωZNCF of 20% are -27.32 dB and 8.81 GHz, respectively, and the peak corresponds to a resonant frequency of 11.61 GHz. It is a promising electromagnetic wave absorption material.
