按L_2(8)~7正交设计观察茵陈蒿汤及其组分对胰腺及肝脏环核苷酸的影响。结果表明:SD大鼠在诱发实验性急性胰腺炎的翌日,胰腺和肝脏cAMP的含量在各组问无明显差异;cGMP的含量及cAMP/cGMP比值在各组间有明显差异。生理盐水组cGMP的含量显著高于各中药组,因而其比值显然降低。正交分析显示:恢复胰腺cAMP/cGMP比值的作用以大黄最佳,升高其cAMP和降低cGMP含量的药效则分别以栀子和茵陈为优。用各种含茵陈的组方处理的动物,其肝脏cGMP含量均显著低于生理盐水组;而调整肝脏cAMP/cGMP比值的作用则以单味茵陈居首位。
The orthogonal design of L2(8)~7 was used to observe the effects of Yinchenhao Decoction and its components on cyclic nucleotides in pancreas and liver. The results showed that there was no significant difference in cAMP content between pancreas and liver in SD rats at the day of induction of experimental acute pancreatitis. The cGMP content and cAMP/cGMP ratio were significantly different among the groups. The cGMP content of the saline group was significantly higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group, so the ratio was obviously decreased. Orthogonal analysis showed that the recovery of cAMP/cGMP ratio in pancreas was the best in rhubarb, and the efficacy of raising cAMP and reducing cGMP content was superior to that of medlar and capillaris. The cGMP content in the liver of the animals treated with various capillaries was significantly lower than that of the normal saline group, while the effect of adjusting the hepatic cAMP/cGMP ratio was ranked first in the single-fat.
