本文对某磷肥厂尘毒治理进行了效果评价与效益分析。该厂的磷矿制粉工序,以风扫磨代替雷蒙机组,并配以三级除尘装置,除尘效果较好。氟吸收工序采用二室—一塔—三除沫流程,净化率达98.1%。上述治理,磷矿粉尘与含氟气体的排放分别达到国家排放标准,而车间内浓度也分别达到国家卫生标准。经对磷矿粉回收及氟硅酸溶液综合利用,并取得一定经济效益。
In this paper, a phosphate fertilizer factory dust poisoning effect evaluation and benefit analysis. Phosphorite milling process of the plant, instead of sweeping wind mill instead of Raymond unit, and with three dust removal device, the dust removal effect is better. Fluorine absorption process using two rooms - a tower - three removal foam process, purification rate of 98.1%. The above-mentioned treatment, emissions of phosphate rock dust and fluorine-containing gas respectively reach the national emission standards, and the concentration in the workshop also reaches the national sanitary standards respectively. The phosphate rock recovery and comprehensive utilization of fluosilicate solution, and achieved some economic benefits.
