遗传性共济失调症是一组以共济运动障碍为突出表现的中枢神经系统慢性变性疾病,通常有家族遗传倾向。Marie氏共济失调是小脑型遗传性共济失调中较常见的一个类型,国内病理报告较为少见。现将我院收治1例临床及病理报告如下。 患者 刘××,男,21岁。上肢震颤4年,进行性加剧、伴癫痫发作1年,于1981年2月18日入院。1977年夏双手微颤,缓慢发展,1979年手抖动明显,并出现双上肢及头颈部不自主抖动,语言呐 Hereditary ataxia is a group of chronic degenerative diseases of the central nervous system characterized by disorders of the ataxia, usually with a family genetic predisposition.
