十四届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于加强党的建设几个重大问题的决定》,是新形势下党的建设的纲领性文件,它对在新形势下加强和改善党的领导,团结和带领全国各族人民搞好社会主义现代化建设,完成党的十四大提出的各项任务具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。各级党组织和广大共产党员都要把学习贯彻全会《决定》作为当前乃至今后一段时间的一项特别重要的任务来抓。 为了帮助广大党员学习好、理解好四中全会《决定》,本刊特邀中央有关部门的同志编写了这组辅导材料,供大家学习时参考。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Important Issues for Strengthening the Party’s Construction” adopted by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is a programmatic document for party building under the new situation. It is a programmatic document that strengthens and improves party leadership under the new situation.
