受全国农业区划委员会水资源专业组的委托,由地质部水文地质工程地质局于1981年9月份在北京召开了全国地下水资源评价经验交流会。会议的主要目的,是根据当前国民经济规划,特别是农业区划的需要,交流各省、市、自治区区域地下水资源评价的成果和经验,统一评价原则与技术要求,部署今后任务。出席这次会议的有来自全国地质系统、 水利部门、中国科学院、国务院环境保护办公室、中央气象局以及有关院校和科研等单位的代表近两百人。
Entrusted by the Water Resources Professional Group of the National Agricultural Zoning Commission, the National Geological Bureau of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology held a national exchange of experience in groundwater resources evaluation in Beijing in September 1981. The main purpose of the conference is to exchange the achievements and experiences in the assessment of groundwater resources in various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions based on the needs of the current national economic planning, especially the division of agriculture. The evaluation principles and technical requirements should be unified and future tasks should be deployed. Nearly 200 representatives from the National Geological System, Water Conservancy Department, Chinese Academy of Sciences, State Council Environmental Protection Office, the Central Meteorological Bureau, relevant institutions and scientific research institutions attended the conference.
