本文用沙门氏菌回复试验(Ames试验)、小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核试验及人外用血淋巴细胞程序外DNA合成试验(UDS)评价新型消毒剂二氯异氰尿酸钠的致突变作用。这三种试验均显示该化合物无致突变作用。
In this paper, the mutagenicity of the new disinfectant sodium dichloroisocyanurate was evaluated by Salmonella test (Ames test), mouse bone marrow erythrocytes micronucleus test and human peripheral blood lymphocyte extracellular DNA synthesis test (UDS). All three tests show that the compound has no mutagenic effects.
