我院儿科1975年2月～1985年2月收治288例泌尿系统疾病患儿,分析结果表明:急性肾炎最常见,其次是肾病综合征。急性肾炎以1～3月和9～12月发病率较高。前驱感染主要是上吸呼道感染。肾病综合征中单纯性肾病列。激素呈完全效应者为79.05％,肾炎性肾病对激素呈完全效应者为135.71％。
Our hospital pediatric February 1975 ~ February 1985 admitted to 288 cases of urinary tract diseases, the analysis showed that: the most common acute nephritis, followed by nephrotic syndrome. Acute nephritis in January to March and 9 to December higher incidence. The precursor infection is mainly respiratory tract infection. Nephrotic syndrome in simple renal disease column. Hormone was a complete response was 79.05%, nephritis nephropathy hormones were completely effect was 135.71%.
