目的:探讨急诊科药品管理中常见问题,并分析原因,提出改进措施。方法:回顾总结浙江省余姚市人民医院2011年8月至2012年9月急诊科药品管理中出现的问题,同时抽取50名护士,分成对照组和实验组各25名。实验组进行为期一年的药品管理学习,然后检测两组的药品管理能力并进行对比。结果:实验组的30秒内取放药品率、医药检查合格率及护患满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对医护人员进行药品管理教育,有助于增强其药品管理能力,提高工作效率。
Objective: To discuss the common problems in the management of emergency medicine and to analyze the reasons and propose the improvement measures. Methods: A retrospective review was made on the problems that emerged in the emergency department's drug administration from August 2011 to September 2012 in Yuyao People's Hospital of Zhejiang Province. At the same time, 50 nurses were randomly divided into control group and experimental group of 25 each. The experimental group conducted a one-year drug management study, and then tested the two groups of drug management capabilities and compared. Results: In the experimental group, the rate of receiving and delivering drugs within 30 seconds, the passing rate of medical examination and satisfaction degree of nurses and patients were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Medical staff education and management of medicines, help to enhance their drug management capabilities, improve work efficiency.
