目的:探究不同级别医院临床护士的工作压力源并分析,为解决临床护士的压力提供相关的数据参考。方法:选择2012年8月至2014年2月一级医院、二级医院、三级医院的临床护士基本资料共357例。并且按照不同的医院等级来进行分组,随机分配为A、B、C 3组,每组均为119例。A组临床护士是一级医院的工作人员,B组临床护士是二级医院的工作人员,C组临床护士是三级医院的工作人员。采取问卷调查以及心理压力量表等方式,观察并对比分析A、B、C 3组临床护士的压力来源,在此基础上对其进行分析统计。结果:A组与B组在工作环境差比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组与C组在设备仪器不足比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B、C 3组在病区比较拥挤之间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同级别的医院临床护士在工作压力方面有着比较大的差异,医院的管理者应该根据具体情况进行具体分析。
Objective: To explore the working pressure source of clinical nurses in different levels of hospitals and to provide relevant data reference for solving the pressure of clinical nurses. Methods: A total of 357 clinical nurses from August 2012 to February 2014 were selected as primary clinical nurses, secondary hospitals and tertiary hospitals. The patients were divided into groups A, B, and C, with 119 patients in each group. A group of clinical nurses is a hospital staff, B clinical nurses are two hospital staff, C clinical nurses are three hospital staff. By means of questionnaire survey and psychological pressure scale, the stress sources of clinical nurses in groups A, B and C were observed and analyzed. Based on this analysis, statistics were made. Results: There was a significant difference in working environment between group A and group B (P <0.05). There was a significant difference between group A and group C in terms of equipment and instruments (P <0.05), A, B, In group C 3, there was a significant difference between crowded wards (P <0.05). Conclusion: Different levels of clinical nurses in hospitals have relatively large differences in working pressure. Hospital managers should conduct specific analysis according to specific situations.
