一、企业内部经济责任制的基本内容企业内部经济责任制,是把企业对国家承担的经济责任保证,全面落实到企业内部各个部门、车间、班组以至职工个人.各部门、车间、班组把责任放在首位,以责为核心,以权保责,以责定利,并从制度上固定下来,严格考核,以适应社会化大生产的客观需要,解决吃大锅饭,克服平均主义的问题.因此,它要求对企业内部的责、权、利做出具体的规定,明确责、权、利之间相互制约的关系,认真贯彻按劳分配原则.正确
