目的探讨仙茅多糖对顺铂的增效减毒作用及其机制。方法建立小鼠S180实体瘤模型,连续给药10 d,测定小鼠的瘤重、体质量、白细胞、红细胞、胸腺指数、脾脏指数以及小鼠血清和肾脏的多项生化指标。结果仙茅多糖能对抗顺铂引起的白细胞减少、胸腺萎缩、脾脏肿大(P<0.05或P<0.01),同时减少血清中尿素氮、肌酐的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),增加血清和肾脏总超氧化物歧化酶活力(P<0.05或P<0.01),降低血清和肾脏中的丙二醛含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论仙茅多糖对顺铂具有一定的增效减毒作用,机制可能与其能调节机体免疫力,抑制脂质过氧化有关。
Objective To investigate the synergistic and attenuated effect of Curculigoside polysaccharide on cisplatin and its mechanism. Methods The model of S180 solid tumor in mice was established and administered continuously for 10 days. The tumor weight, body weight, white blood cells, erythrocytes, thymus index, spleen index and serum and kidney biochemical indexes of mice were determined. Results Curculigosaccharide could antagonize cisplatin-induced neutropenia, thymus atrophy and spleen enlargement (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and decrease the levels of serum urea nitrogen and creatinine (P <0.05 or P <0.01) Serum and kidney total superoxide dismutase activity (P <0.05 or P <0.01) decreased serum and kidney MDA (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Curculigo lactiflora polysaccharide has a synergistic effect on reducing the toxicity of cisplatin, the mechanism may be related to its regulation of body immunity, inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
