作为地勘单位培训基地的培训中心如何准确定位,如何加快自身发展,成为人们不断思考和实践探索的问题。地勘单位职工培训应按照统一管理、分级实施的模式开展,地勘单位的培训中心具有“管办兼备”的功能,既是地勘单位教育培训的管理中心,也是办学实体。地勘单位培训中心应实施培训项目的专业化管理,提升培训中心开发的核心能力,为地勘单位提供有针对性、系统性、高效性的培训服务,才能谋求取得更大的发展。
